Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

Service Booking and Payment

Booking Process

When you book a service through our website, you are making an offer to engage our services. We will confirm acceptance of your booking via email within 24 hours. A binding contract is formed upon our confirmation.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is due as specified in your service agreement. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as communicated during booking.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled service start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3-7 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the start date are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or alternative scheduling options.

Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current financial information
• Respond to information requests in a timely manner
• Notify us of any material changes to your financial situation
• Comply with all applicable tax laws and ATO regulations
